Copying and Pasting from Third-Party Websites

When you’re creating a design request, or adding additional requirements or feedback, you may wish to copy and paste images from websites that either require login credentials and/or are third-party sites.

However, not all images that are copied and pasted will be visible to other members of your board, due to the settings of the third-party sites.

Hence, we’ve added a disclaimer message that informs you about the origin of the image and any potential visibility limitations. 

Images with Limited Viewing Access or Non-Existent Images

In addition, if you copy-paste images that either have restricted public viewing access or no longer exist, our system will now generate a warning message to ensure that you’re aware of this.

What to Do in Such Situations

If you encounter these messages, we kindly request your assistance in the following way: Please download the images in question and then attach or upload them directly to our platform.
