Your design requests will be managed in our custom project management software, KIMP360. Built especially for managing design projects, with a point-and-click feedback tool and a kanban view, KIMP360 makes managing design projects easier than ever.
Just use the design request form in KIMP360. Our form will guide you through all of the details that you need to submit in order for your design team to work on your request.
You sign up, you try us out for 7 days, and you cancel if you decide it’s not the right fit. You are not billed during the trial period. You get billed only after day 7 and you don’t have to sign any contracts to continue with Kimp. Our service is delivered month-to-month for a flat monthly rate. We also offer quarterly, bi-annual and annual subscriptions, with further discounted flat fee pricing (drop us a line on the live chat to find out more!).
So why do we collect payment details when you sign up? To ensure we are only onboarding clients who are seriously considering our service.
Below are guidelines for the Canva Graphics and Canva Plus Trials, as well as some tips to help you determine if Kimp is right for you.
Be sure to make your trial request(s) as soon as possible so that we can ask for clarification and then work on it, and any revisions you’ll require, as quickly as possible. This way you’ll get a good sense of what working with your Kimp Team is like. And you’ll be able to make a confident decision within your 7 day trial about whether you’d like a full subscription.

The free trial is an opportunity for you to explore our services and get to see what kinds of designs we can create for you. However, it’s not the full subscription experience. As such, designs created during the trial have watermarks added to them, which are removed once you subscribe.

You’ll start off with a free trial for 7 days and then be billed on a month-to-month basis. There are no contracts, so you cancel and resubscribe as you’d like to. You can also upgrade and stack subscriptions to increase/decrease the number of design projects you have completed each business day.
Yes, you can! Invite team members to help you make and manage your design requests in KIMP360 (our design project management software) via email, or by sharing an invitation link.
When inviting new team members you’ll be able to decide what level of access you’d like for them to have as follow:

Yes! With a single KIMP design subscription you can get as many designs as you need to have created for as many brands as you’d like.
KIMP Tip: Set up your brand kits prior to making your design requests and your team will be able to work through your requests even faster!
You can request as many designs and edits for your designs as you’d like! And your team will work through them in the order that you make your requests.

Yes, absolutely. We’ll create designs for you in Canva that you can then edit, and modify, however you’d like.
The average turnaround time for graphics and videos designed in Canva with a Canva Graphics or Canva Plus subscription from KIMP is 1 business day.
Depending on the complexity of your design’s requirements, and the number of designs you need to have created/edited, this turnaround time can fluctuate. And your Project Manager will keep you updated as you make your requests and they review them.
When it comes to your workflow, at any given time you’ll have 3 active Canva Graphics requests and if you have a Canva Plus subscription you’ll also have 2 active video requests.
For those with a Canva Plus subscription it’s important to note that your graphic design requests and video requests are in separate queues, being worked on by separate designers who make up your team. As such they will not interfere with another, nor are they interchangeable with one another. So for example, if you have only 2 graphics requests, you will not be able to increase your active video requests to 3.

KIMP’s Canva design subscriptions require that you have a Canva Pro account or Canva Teams account.
Canva Free is great BUT it’s quite limited in terms of the types of features (such as brand kits and folders to organize tasks), stock/design elements, and templates that are included. This will severely limit what we can design for you within Canva.
So we require that all KIMP clients have a Canva Pro or Canva Teams account before we can design for you in Canva.
