@Bairagi Ram: The Burmese peacock does not require vectorization or modification, perhaps small corrections to the head. The current drawing accurately reflects the historical appearance [1], [2]. An image similar to the book cover of "Ubik" which has ads for a certain spray as a major trope in the book

Request: Are there people with AI tools skills here? If so, could somebody please replace the spray nozzle on the left with a realistic one? For somebody with good AI tools skills that may be a matter of seconds to few minutes, for example there are AI tools to easily remove parts of an image and afaik also tools to re-generate / inpaint selected parts of an image based on a prompt (such as "highly realistic spray nozzle"). This is the original PNG file, not vectorized.
It is proposed that the Hong Kong coat of arms in the white disc be replaced with the badge of Prince Edward Island, based on this pre-1997 Hong Kong Blue Ensign.
The pattern for the Prince Edward Island badge was taken from this former Governor's flag and placed on the white disc to the right of the pre-1997 Hong Kong Blue Ensign.

Logo you linked slightly differs from PNG in both colors and relative sizes. I pasted the prior SVG and forced the colors to be black and white, but left sizes unchanged; let me know if you want me to vectorize it directly or change.

@Gabuxae: The PNG should not be CC-BY-SA. The only way we could host the 2020 logo on Commons is if that logo is {{PD-textlogo}} (which it appears to be). The "errors" are validation errors and did not prevent proper display of the image. The first and third were missing XML processing instructions (no charset specified), did not specify the SVG version, did not specify a type attribute on the style element, and had benign SVG 2.0 data-* attributes. There is a copyright issue. The contest rules grant a license to Maine to reproduce the designs, but the rules do not grant a free license to others. The submitters still have a copyright. Thanks for your input. Although, after reading through the text in the link, I came across the following sentence: "The Eligible Participant understands that their complete submission will become a public record subject to public inspection and copying under the Freedom of Access Act". Two military colours of Malta

Request: On this page of the AFM website I saw following descriptions for its colour:; The AFM Colour of the Armed Forces of Malta is an oddity amongst military flags within the British tradition. This infantry colour bears the symbols of artillery, which normally would carry no ceremonial flags.
Specifically, it is a red-above-blue bicolour, bearing at the centre the badge of the Royal Malta Artillery (minus Royal Crown), which is the main predecessor of the modern-day Armed Forces of Malta; the motto "TUTELA BELLICAE VIRTUTIS" means "Custodians of Military Prowess". The four corners bear the seven-flamed grenade above the scroll reading "MALTA", tilted 45 degrees.
Currently it carries three battle honours on scrolls, from top to bottom: "MDCCC" (Siege of Valetta 1800); "EGYPT 1882"; and (below the motto) "MALTA 1942". All emblems are in gold, with the exception of the Maltese Cross of the RMA badge, which is white. Red sleeve; golden fringe, cord and tassels; black pole with a silver finial in the form of a hollowed spearhead bearing a Maltese Cross.; In addition, there is also the description for its presidential colour:; The Armed Forces of Malta's Presidential Colour is the National Flag with a yellow de Redin Tower at the centre, above a yellow scroll reading "FORZI ARMATI".
